Haul Operator operates as a logistics broker, coordinating transportation services between shippers, dealers, auction brokers, carriers, and drivers. We do not operate as a motor carrier and do not physically transport freight unless explicitly stated in writing.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and use our services in good faith. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in service termination.
Rates & Payments
Rates are provided based on available information at the time of booking and may be subject to change. Payment terms must be satisfied according to the agreed-upon invoice or contract.
Limitation of Liability
Haul Operator is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers, drivers, acts of God, mechanical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Liability, if any, is limited to the brokerage fee paid for the applicable service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Haul Operator harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Haul Operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
