Haul Operator strives to provide reliable and professional logistics brokerage services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may apply.
 

Brokerage Fees

Brokerage fees are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated, including carrier sourcing, route planning, dispatch coordination, or administrative processing.
 

Cancellations

If a shipment is canceled before a carrier is assigned, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or processing fees. Once a carrier has been dispatched or scheduled, refunds are typically not available.
 

Service Issues

Refund requests related to service concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers, weather, mechanical failures, or external factors do not automatically qualify for refunds.
 

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Haul Operator to resolve an issue may result in service suspension and additional administrative fees.
 

Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after service completion or cancellation.
